These terms and conditions ("terms") govern the use of the content and material which is located at www.InvestinmeUk.com("the website") by users.

"Fee" means an admin fee set out in the price list located at www.InvestinmeUk.com entrepreneurs info, faqs, payment of which shall entitle a user to be a subscriber for a determined period of time.
"Period" means a 1, 3 or 6 month period commencing on the date of a payment of a fee.
"Profile" means the information Investinmeuk.com hold about a user and permission being gained from that user prior to it being made available to other users
"Subscriber" means a user who has paid a relevant fee
"Terms" means the terms and conditions set out above
"Use" means registering, updating profiles, looking at profiles of other users and contacting other users
"User" means all users whether paid subscribers or otherwise.
This
agreement sets out your rights and obligations and those of Invest in Me UK in
relation to the use and operation of this site. When registering with Invest in
Me UK and use of this site you agree to the terms of the agreement. From time
to time changes may be made to this agreement and we will notify users that
there are changes, in the account page of the users. If you continue to use
Invest in Me UK after these changes are posted it will be deemed that you agree
to such changes as have been made.
1. As account managers Invest in Me UK reserve the right to suspend or terminate a member’s access to our service, or parts of it, and or to edit material that has been posted if it is deemed that the member or material appears to be in breach of the terms of this agreement. If ,in the opinion of the managers of Invest in Me UK ,a member has joined using false details or in order to act in a dishonest way the membership for that member will be terminated immediately. Therefore the membership base must only be used in order to seek real business partnership opportunities. Any member acting in a way that can be construed as selling, or marketing a product or service will have membership terminated.
2.When setting up a profile a member will not include any personal details that facilitate direct communication to other members on the site. Full members can make contact once contact is made through the correct channels,that is via the services of the site. Any material that is posted by a member of Invest in Me UK must not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any member or person. Neither must material be in breach of any laws or appear to be offensive, threatening, obscene, pornographic or otherwise misleading
3.All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights are owned by Invest in Me Uk and no one may copy, or use any of the material on the Invest in Me UK website unless they have authorisation to do so
4.The Invest in Me Uk privacy policy is part of this Agreement and so by agreeing to these terms you also give consent to our handling of your personal data in that policy.
5.The role of Invest in Me UK is not that of an investment advisor. We have not or will not evaluate or investigate the credentials of individuals or companies listed on the site. It is the users responsibility to investigate persons who they make contact with through the sites services. Invest in Me UK makes no guarantee that any matches for individuals or businesses will be made and that they have no responsibility whatsoever for the success or failure of any investments made as a result of contact made through this site. In consequence Invest in Me UK will not be liable to the member or any third party for any loss or damage of any data, revenue or business however caused.
6.The user undertakes that any information provided to post on the Invest in Me UK site is true and accurate. The user also agrees to correct or update any information as needed.
7.Invest in Me UK undertakes never to pass on the users details to any third party, except for legal reasons. Invest in Me UK requires the right to provide the user with information ,by email, about members who have sent them a message or to send emails from Invest in Me Uk to users about the operation of the site.
8.When
registering as a full member of Invest in Me UK the user known as the
entrepreneur agrees to pay the subscription fee that Invest in Me Uk charges From
time to time these charges may change and the user will agree to the changes
provided that this change and the reason for it are stated at the time the user
agrees to take the service offered. Fees paid by a full member will not be
refunded unless the service has been withdrawn from the user by the management
at their discretion. Any liability of Invest in Me Uk under this agreement will
not exceed the amount equivalent to the sums paid by the member for the service
for the relevant period.
9.At times there may be occasion for Invest in MeUK to withdraw the service for modification due to technical or legal reasons.
10.The aim of this service is to bring people together who need funding and those people with funds to invest. Therefore no other individuals or third party companies are allowed to be members of Invest in Me Uk.
11.The use of the services of Invest in Me Uk is entirely at the user’s risk and therefore All personnel at Invest in Me UK are released from all liability arising from said use of the service. Any breach of this agreement by the user, will be indemnified by them against all claims and expenses that may arise
12.Invest in Me Uk, whilst retaining the right to edit material provided by members for posting, has no responsibility for the truth or accuracy of the said material as provided by the members.
13.Invest in Me UK provides links to other sites but has no responsibility for material or advice given there.
14.This agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales
